In Australia you can create your own personalised stamps to celebrate special occasions such as engagements, the birth of a baby, or to send as greetings to friends and loved ones. This is an ambient campaign by Australia Post to promote personalised stamps where posters with a small mirror are placed on bus stops. People standing in front of the envelope can see their image as a personalized stamp. A simple and interesting idea.
A commercial for Nokia by Bruce Lee that makes me go “oooh!” It might not related to mobile phones, but it makes me think, whatever you do, DO YOUR BEST!
My friend wants to sell her beautiful Mustang! I saw these two ads from the same seller for the same vehicle. So this might give her some ideas
These two ads were on craigslist one week apart. The question is
“Which ad will sell the Jeep?”
#1: well designed, neat layout, easy to read, plain and simple #2: playful, fun, grungy, and appealing with arrows and comments pointing out the features - girlfriend not included!
Which one will sell the car? And which one grabs your attention? Tell us in a comment below.
Lavazza, a fine Italian coffee house, has always been one of my favorites. It wasn’t until I came across their marketing that I realized their creativity doesn’t stop at making great coffee.
Every year, Lavazza chooses one of the world’s best photographers to create an extraordinary calendar. It is always a piece of inspired photographic art. In my opinion, you can give anyone professional equipment, beautiful models, and a gorgeous location, but only a visionary can create a magical moment frozen in time. Here are the Lavazza calendars for the past two years: Lavazza 2009 calendar: "Italianity" Featuring iconic Italian landmarks and culture. Photographed by Annie Leibovitz {one of the greatest photographers ever}

If you have the time, check out Lavazza's flash site. It is beautifully designed and easy to navigate and you can peek at the actual shoot, both in stills and a video.
More about Annie Leibovitz -->in Seattle Metropolitan. “Not seeing it as a photograph—because I had spent years, decades, looking at everything as if it was a photograph. She raised her hands to form a makeshift frame near my face. “There’s my rectangle, there you are, I’ve taken the picture,” she said.
“It’s not like you stop taking pictures. It’s just you’re not picking up the camera to do it.”
Lavazza 2008 calendar: "The Most Majestic Experience". In Lavazza's own words, is dedicated to important, aristocratic and determined women, women who feel like queens - in other words, all women. It shows an enchanted and precious world in which queens are surrounded by jewellery, silk, velvet and freely roaming animals proudly reign.Photographed by Finlay Mackay
Yes, clothes made out of water… This incredible Mattoni advertising spot took just 30 seconds to blow me off my chair with its jaw-dropping special effects. The shoot combines modern photographic techniques with classical filming to literally dress the model in water, while trying to keep her warm at the same time. And since she had to do the entire shoot almost naked, her bodyguards were kept busy warding off curious fans.
The fantabulous idea was the brainchild of H&C–Leo Burnett Beirut to promote Procter & Gamble’s Wella Koleston Hair Care Natural hair colourant.
This creative piece of outdoor advertising lets the natural lighting of day and night shine through the woman’s hair, which is die cut from the billboard.
Sunset hair, moonlight hair, or midnight black … the choice is natural.
